It's a flat $60 to reserve every individual race your swimmer has remaining in the meet. I'll take as many photos as I can of your swimmer's races. Once I edit and upload the meet you can spend the $60 as a credit towards digital files and collages. I photograph multiple swimmers per heat so I may not get every second of every race, but every race of your swimmer will be highlighted in the heat sheet as on opportunity to take pictures.
You do not have to provide event heat and lane for individual races, but I have included the option to on the form if that makes you feel better. You can sign up before the meet is seeded.
The reservation fee is refundable for any reason if you are unhappy with the photos and don't plan to make a purchase. Just email me. Sam@swimmeetphotos.com
As soon as I'm done sorting and uploading the photos you will receive an email and the gallery will be for sale spanning 3 weekends (so regardless of if I finish editing on a Monday or Friday, the gallery will stay live until Sunday 3 weekends away).
Once the gallery expires, if you need to access the photos again you can request I reupload the photos by making an additional $20 deposit and I will keep the photos live of your swimmer for an additional 2 weeks.
I only sell digital products. That includes digital photos in any quantity, gallery buy-alls, and collage digital files.

You must complete your reservation, checkout, and pay for your swimmer's name to be highlighted on my heatsheet. I get an email with your reservation within 10-20 minutes once you complete payment. Sometimes my emails are delayed during a session. After you've made your reservation if you want to text me your swimmers name, age, and team that can help to make sure I get their name on my heatsheet as quickly as possible. 478-718-1893.
